Online Order:
We are currently using PayPal for secure online ordering. You do not have to sign up for PayPal to make a purchase from us, just follow the links on the PayPal secure order pages.
Mail Order:
We also accept personal checks. Print out the order form, make your selections, and send it along with your personal check to our studio. Please keep in mind that orders will not be shipped until checks have cleared. Printable Order Form
Confirming Your Order:
We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your order and we will also send you one when your order has shipped.
Shipping Your Order:
To ensure your order arrives undamaged, we use USPS Priority Delivery services which include insurance and signature-required delivery. If you are outside the continental U.S., please call Customer Service at +1 (863) 868-7041 for additional shipping information.
Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order for a return authorization and we will give you a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Gift Certificates:
Not sure which design is right for that special someone? We now offer gift certificates. There are no time limits on our gift certificates. Please email or call our Customer Service department for more details.
